Mindspeed Technologies, whose stock options are rising at
an annualized rate of 162% since we recommended the options
on October 3, will change their ticker symbol and start trading
on a different exchange. The company's press release follows.

Company Expects
Trading on the NASDAQ National Market Will Enhance Exposure
to Technology Investors
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., December 04, 2003
— Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: MND), a leading supplier
of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications,
today announced that its application to list its common stock
on the NASDAQ National Market has been approved. The company
anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on NASDAQ
on December 15, 2003, under the symbol MSPD. The company's
common stock is expected to continue trading on the American
Stock Exchange (Amex) under the symbol MND through December
12, 2003.
