Technology-Focused Investments that Provide Income
Subscribers who are investing for income have inquired about getting a list of ideas for adding technology to their portfolios, while still generating income.
So I've created a list of ideas broken down into 3 categories:
- Category 1: low yield (<2%), great growth: these technology investments usually offer dividend yields less than 2%, but offer great potential for further growth in the dividends as well as price appreciation
- Category 2: high yield (7%-9%), potential for price appreciation: these technology-focused investments usually offer yields between 7-9%, but still offer the potential for price appreciation
- Category 3: highest yields (10%-12%): these technology-focused investments usually offer yields between 10-12% with the trade-off being less potential for growth
